How do I buy a ticket?
Open an event, pick your ticket type and quantity, then pay with M-Pesa or card. Your ticket is sent to your email and SMS, and is always available under My tickets.
How does M-Pesa payment work?
Enter your M-Pesa number at checkout and you'll receive an STK push prompt on your phone. Enter your PIN to confirm, and your ticket is issued instantly.
Where is my ticket?
Your ticket — with its QR code — is emailed and texted to you, and lives under My tickets when you're signed in. Show the QR at the gate to get scanned in.
Can I get a refund?
If an event is cancelled you're entitled to a refund of the ticket price. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Safaricom (M-Pesa) and our card partner. We never store your full card details, and your session is encrypted.
I'm an organizer — how do I sell tickets?
Email organizers@nafasi254.co.ke to get set up. You'll be able to publish events, sell tickets, and scan entries at the gate with our agent app.
